Delivery coverage
We deliver to all 58 wilayas. At checkout choose your wilaya, then home delivery or office (bureau) pickup — the exact fee is shown before you confirm. Store pickup is currently available in Tébessa only.
How it works
- Order on the site → we call/WhatsApp you to confirm → the courier ships your parcel.
- Payment is cash on delivery — pay only when you receive your items.
- Keep your phone reachable: the courier calls before delivery.
Delays & problems
Times shown at checkout are estimates. If your parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at +213 655 11 13 63 or hello@al-tiba.org with your invoice link.
Returns (7 days)
- Wrong or defective item: exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Keep the item unused in its packaging and contact us first — return shipping for our error is on us.
- Change of mind: refuse the parcel when the courier arrives (free). After acceptance, return shipping is at your charge.
- Refunds for returned items are arranged by agreement (bank/CCP transfer or credit on your next order).
